Job of a Dorm Leader
Dorm Leaders are in charge of assigning homework, quizes and dorm tournaments to the respective dorm they have been put in charge of, as a dorm leader you are expected to be active.
Special Rights: Dorm leaders are given the rights to assign tourneys, quizes and homework only to the dorm they are incharge of.
Mandatory Job & Punishments As a staff member, dorm leaders must strictly follow the academies rules Click Here and act professional when dealing with other members. They must also not act out of term or be insubordinate to their Overlords. If a dorm leader breaks his/her oath or the academies laws, they may suffer the consequence of being removed from staff.
Job of a Assistant
Assistants are a two group job.
● The first group are known as 'Scouters' and they post reports about new cards. events such as regionals, YCS, updates in the YU-GI-OH! game, etc.
● The second group job are known as 'Event Managers' and their job is managing the events/tournaments at NA. They will also assist members with any concerns they have at the academy.
Special Rights: Assistants are given the rights to test new members if there are no official Testers present. They are also given Chatbox Moderation and privilege to view the Staff Section.

Job of a Teacher

Job of a Moderator
Moderators oversee the communication activity of the academy. He/She monitors the interchange of contributors and makes decisions regarding content and the direction of threads. Moving discussions from one section to another to keep topics organized is also a common job for our forum moderators. If the tone of the forum becomes hostile or starts to move in the direction of personal attacks, the forum moderators usually has the discretion to lock the discussion to prevent heated, interchanges. He/She may also be able to hide discussions he deems unworthy of further discussion. Conversely, topics he feels deserve further examination can be posted indefinitely by the moderator even if they garner no comments.

Job of a Administrator
One of the primary duties of an administrator is to ensure that the academy operates with efficiency. This requires a set of skills that can handle the many different people and situations within the organization. Specific skills essential to an effective administrator include good communication and being organized. After planning and organizing, the administrator must establish the direction that others in the academy will follow. Leading the individuals within the academy to accomplish a common set of goals requires the combination of resources and an effective support system. An administrator should have interpersonal skills that can manage the many different personalities that exist within the academy. Additionally, an effective administrator will use the capabilities of the staff to make the plan succeed. This includes the delegation of authority, responsibility and control to other supervisory staff.
