Accademy quiz idea

The "system" pay attention some question to user.
The purpose of question is increase:
1- the knowledge of user about some new/powerful card,
2- the knowledge about combo strategy ,
3- the entertainment in this accademy.

There are two parts : User and Admin.

The user can answer question and can propose to insert some question.
This questions are send to the admin through pm or in another system and him accept the question and it will add into the question list.
After that the user gains  XX DP .
If the user answer correctly to a question, the user gain YY DP .
The XX and YY value can be differentiated depending on difficult.
This is my idea.
It's a draft, so improve it together .

The user in the right sidebar will see something like this :

(it's not ask; it's Propose )
When the user press Submit in the same page appear this page :

In this page the user adds the possible answer and the right answer .
With submit button the user sends to admin the question and the admin decides if it's right or not.
If the admin adds the question in the page the users see something like that:

Jetroid!

I have a question, does anyone know how to do this with the box and stuff? hopefully a programmer or something?

i don't know if there are some plugin for this forum that someone did.
